Sponge Hardener FE2035A
Product Introduction
FE2035A is a hardening additive used in soft polyether block foams to increase foam hardness by up to 10-18% when using conventional polyols. The initial feeling of hard suggests good quality and durability, and different high-bearing polyols can be used to increase the hardness of traditional polyols. However, due to the high cost and logistical issues in handling the second polyol, many foam manufacturers do not use them. FE2035A Hardeners are an alternative to these products. FE2035A The hardener is completely dissolved in water, we recommend that this product be introduced into the mixing head in a separate stream to allow flexibility without loss of formulation change (can also be added to polyether)

Liquid Features
1. The formula is supplemented with 1.0-2.0pph of FE2035A hardener, which can increase the hardness by up to 25-30% (lower density is more obvious).
2. Produce a thicker skin, with white polyether poor tensile force, use FE2035A can increase the tensile force, colorless and odorless.
3. Generally, the dosage should not exceed 1%, and if there is a closed bubble, T-9 should be reduced by a little.
4. Add 1 part FE2035A to medium and high density instead of 15 parts of white polyether, and it is more convenient to stir the polyether in the future.
5. If you develop a 9-density sponge, you don’t need to add white polyether.
